General Program Goals


  • Record all Workouts
  • Compete in at least 1 formal competition annually
  • Maintain a 300 on every APFT
  • PR Snatch and Clean & Jerk annually
  • PR at least 1 lift quarterly
  • PR at least 1 benchmark workout quarterly
  • Train not more than 10 hours a week
  • Rest at least 2 full days per week
